And she's doing great!
Abby's surgery went swimmingly well. She's already back to her normal rambunctious self.
Wednesday night she was kind of drowsy but didn't appear to be in any pain. She slept most of the evening and the night. I took a few funny pictures of her that night. I'll upload them sometime this weekend.
Thursday morning she seemed to be totally fine. The vet had however suggested carrying her up and down the stairs for a few days, just so that she doesn't pull on her insition site too much. When I got home from work last night she was as excited and playful as she normally is. You really couldn't tell that she had had surgery the previous day.
This morning I let her go up and down the stairs by herself and let her roam free in the house. Looks like the worst part's over. In fact, I think what hurt the most in all of this is my wallet. I love my vet and all, but they are really expensive, it cost me $403 for the procedure. Ouch!
But of course it's all worth it for my little Abby!

Hey Abby! I have missed you! Hey when are you coming to NH??? The white mtns are just about an hour or so away! what part are you going to???? also your car is just like my mothers! same color same car!
uh I should of read your post thoroughly before I commented....I believe the Dolly Copp campground in in Gorham NH which is an hour away! Let me now when you are going to be there...How exciting!!! you are going to be so close to me! we may have to find a place to meet with the Pugs!!
